You will be Starting off with a free session with your expert instructor

exercises designed to get the results you want and not forgetting cardio

stretching follow by a combination of punching and kicking on bags and on
focus pads where the emphasis is on technique.. this kickboxing style has
an (optional) 9 belt grading system which involves continous sparring.

Kung Fu personal training:

Throughout the history of mankind there has been fighting, this has
subsequently led to the development of specialised skills for

“Essence of the Dragon” is a modern Kung Fu fighting style emphasising the
elements of the Dragon through its fluidity of motion, adaptability and
philosophies.. It incorporates punching, kicking, sweeping, locks and
